I enjoy the challenge of navigating ambiguity and systems-based problems. In my current role I work along-side product managers, clinicians, service line leaders, and operators to frame strategic opportunities that can be built, iteratively tested, and implemented by cross-functional teams to bring value to end-users and OhioHealth.

I embrace a participatory design approach and seek opportunities that support and challenge my strengths in developing intentional and strategic solutions. My passions lie in pursuing a wide range of projects, learning/trying new things, and working with cross-disciplinary teams to tackle new problems in different domains. I enjoy synthesizing data and discovering patterns, talking to people and observing human behavior, identifying unmet needs, challenging current assumptions, and imagining future possibilities.
